Ermitage Wellness- & Spa-Hotel, Gstaad

I had some mixed experiences at this hotel. The amenities are quite nice and the staff is genuinely kind, which made my stay enjoyable. However, I encountered some frustrating issues during check-in and dining that need addressing, especially considering the price.

While the spa facilities truly impressed me with their variety and relaxation options, I felt the room could have been better arranged, as I was given twin beds instead of a proper double. The dining offerings were generally excellent, although there were a couple of shortcomings in the breakfast options.
